If you are between the ages of 11-17 and have library fines, you can get a waiver of up to $10 and/or get your lost library card replaced at no charge from October 13-19. Simply stop at the library's Information Desk and complete the Waiver Form. Do it in person--don't send your mother!! *Applies only to Bismarck Public Library teen card holders and excludes accounts turned over to collection and lost book fees*
