Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, June 11, 2013, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R5-Residential zoning district on Eagle Crest 6th Addition.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
