Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, Fourth Street will be closed to through traffic between Central Avenue and Turnpike Avenue for repair to a sanitary sewer at the intersection of Fourth Street and Capitol Avenue.

A detour will be in place.

Northbound traffic will be detoured east on Central Avenue to Fifth Street, and then north on Fifth Street to Turnpike Avenue back to Fourth Street.

Southbound traffic will be detoured east on Turnpike Avenue to Fifth Street, and then south on Fifth Street to Central Avenue back to Fourth Street.

Traffic should use alternate routes.
