Notice Of Public Hearing
On A Petition To Vacate A Non-Access Line

Notice is hereby given that there has been filed by the order of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck, North Dakota, with the Community Development Department ~ Planning Division thereof, a petition to vacate portions of non-access lines in SouthBay First Addition and SouthBay Second Addition to reduce the lengths of non-access lines from 60 feet to 25 feet along Calypso Drive, Voyager Drive and Britanic Lane.

Notice is further given that the Board of City Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room of the City/County Office Building at 221 North Fifth Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider said matter and to hear testimony and evidence to persons interested therein:
