[ARCHIVED] Planning & Zoning Commission to hold Public Hearings Nov. 20

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of JPR Investments, LLC and the City of Bismarck for approval of a zoning change from the R5-Residential and RT-Residential zoning districts to the RT-Residential, P-Public and PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning districts for Pinehurst 9th Addition. The property is located in west Bismarck between East Century Avenue and Country West Road along an extension of West Interstate Avenue (part of the NW1/4 of Section 29, T139-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of JPR Investments, LLC and the City of Bismarck for approval of a final plat for Pinehurst 9th Addition, a three lot subdivision on 8.3 acres. The property is located in west Bismarck between East Century Avenue and Country West Road along an extension of West Interstate Avenue (Part of the NW1/4 of Section 29, T139-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of Michael Fazekas for approval of a final plat for Fazekas Subdivision, a two lot subdivision on 3.128 acres. The property is located in southwest Bismarck, west of England Street and south of Scout Street (part of the NE1/4 of Section 19, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township).

• Request of BREI Estates, LLLP for approval of a minor subdivision final plat for BREI Estates First Addition Replat, a 15 lot subdivision on 22.92 acres. The property is located along the west side of North Washington Street between Ash Coulee Drive and 57th Avenue NE (part of the NE1/4 of Section 17, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of Mario Spasovski for approval of a zoning change from the R5-Residential zoning change to the R10-Residential zoning district for Lot 14, Block 1, Sonnet Heights Subdivision. The property is located in northeast Bismarck along the east side of Normandy Street, between 57th Avenue NE and Canada Avenue.

• Request of Bismarck Parks and Recreation District for approval of a zoning change from the P-Public and CG-Commercial zoning districts to the P-Public zoning district for Lots 2 and 3 of Park Hill Subdivision of Lot 14, Lot A of Auditor’s Lot 15, Park Hill Auditor’s Lots, and part of the SE¼ of the NE¼ of Section 5, T138N-R80W. The property is located at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of West Sweet Avenue and South Washington Street, south of Memorial Highway.

• Request of Ruth Meier’s Hospitality House and Baptist Home, Inc. for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district for Auditor’s Lot A of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 33, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township and Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Replat of Calkins Addition. The property is located along the east side of State Street at the intersection with and north of East Boulevard Avenue (1100 East Boulevard Avenue).

At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
