The City of Bismarck’s Community Development Department is pleased to report steady progress on the update of the 2003 Growth Management Plan for the area within and surrounding the city. Since the drafting of the Growth Plan in 2003, the City has experienced an unprecedented level of household and employment growth that is anticipated to continue well into the future.

A public input meeting will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2013, from 5:30 -7:00 p.m., in the Tom Baker Room, City-County Building at 221 N. 5th Street, Bismarck, to share information about the Growth Management Plan Update and to obtain public input on the proposed Future Land Use Plan and mechanisms for phasing and funding public infrastructure. The meeting will be available for online viewing and replay after the meeting at www.freetv.org, Dakota Media Access Government Access TV, Cable Channel 2.
