Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, Bowen Avenue will be closed to traffic from Mandan Street to First Street to make a connection to a sanitary sewer line in Bowen Avenue.

The closure will be in place until the end of the day on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, weather permitting.

Access into Burleigh County Housing will be maintained from the west.

No detour will be in place, and traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
