At 8:00 AM, Wednesday, November 20, 2013, the inside westbound through lane on Bismarck Expressway will be closed to traffic for two days.

The westbound lane closure will be in place until the end of the day on Thursday, November 21, 2013, weather permitting.

Traffic speeds will be reduced to 25 MPH for westbound traffic east of 26th Street.

Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
