Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 25, 2013, Rosser Avenue will be closed to traffic between Washington Street and Mandan Street for the repair of a sewer line.

the closure will be in place until the end of the day on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, weather permitting.

A detour will be in place.

Eastbound traffic on Rosser Avenue will be detoured south on Washington Street to Broadway Avenue, east on Broadway Avenue to Third Street, and then north on Third Street to Rosser Avenue.

Westbound traffic on Rosser Avenue will be detoured south on Third Street to Broadway Avenue, west on Broadway Avenue to Washington Street, and then north on Washington Street to Rosser Avenue.

Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
