Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Diane Davis for approval of a zoning change from the RM15-Multi-family Residential zoning district to the RT-Residential zoning district for Lot 7, Block 1, Northern Pacific 2nd Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, at the northeast corner of the intersection of North 5th Street and East Avenue B.
• Request of Jomani Developing, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the RM15-Residential zoning district to the RM20-Residential zoning district for Lots 1-3, Block 1, Sonnet Heights Subdivision The property is located in north Bismarck between Niagara Drive and 57th Avenue NE, approximately 1/2 mile west of US Highway 83.
• Request of Tess Imhoff and Legacy Single Family Lots, LLC for approval of a special use permit to allow the operation of a child care center on Lots 4-6, Block 1, Edgewood Village 7th Addition. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, along the west side of Nebraska Drive and the south side of Knudsen Loop.
• Request of Mandan 94 Investors, LLP for approval of a special use permit to allow a drive-through on Lot 1, Block 2, Hay Creek Commercial Addition. The property is located in north Bismarck, along the south side of East LaSalle Drive and the east side of US Highway 83.
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
