[ARCHIVED] Bowen Closing for Open Your Heart

What: Bowen Ave. will be closed Friday, December 20 at 8:00 AM and will reopen on Saturday, December 21 before 5 pm. This closure is to accommodate the Open Your Heart event occurring at the Bismarck Civic Center.
