Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Board of City Commissioners will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of MME, Inc. for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district on Auditor’s Lots 4 & 5, Section 1, T138N-R80W. The property is located in east Bismarck along the south side of County Highway 10 and the west side of 52nd Street SE.

• Request of Ruth Meiers Hospitality House for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district for Auditor’s Lots A and B of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 33, T139N-R80W and Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Replat of Calkins Addition. The property is located along the east side of State Street at the intersection with and north of East Boulevard Avenue (1100 East Boulevard Avenue).
