Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of Diane Davis for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Multi-family Residential zoning district to the RT-Residential zoning district for Lot 7, Block 1, Northern Pacific 2nd Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, at the northeast corner of the intersection of North 5th Street and East Avenue B.

• Request of the City of Bismarck for approval of a zoning ordinance text amendment to Title 14 of the Bismarck Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Administrator References/Multiple Sections. The proposed amendment would clarify the duties and responsibilities of the Zoning Administrator, Building Official, Floodplain Administrator and Environmental Health Administrator.

Descriptions of these requests are on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
