The City of Bismarck is requesting comments about the housing and community development needs of low and moderate income persons. The comments will be used to develop the City’s 2014 Annual Action Plan and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application. The City does not yet know the amount of its 2014 grant, but it is expected to be somewhat less than its last allocation of $299,550. The City needs suggestions on how to best use this funding. It must be used for activities that primarily benefit low and moderate income persons, alleviate slum & blight, or address a condition that threatens life and health.
Suggestions may be submitted as follows:
