Notice is hereby given that the City of Bismarck will hold a public informational meeting on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 6:00 p.m., Bismarck Public Works Building, 601 South 26th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following topic:

• Development of the stormwater master plan for the Ash and Ward Coulee Watershed located within the Hay Creek Township. The location of these watersheds is generally described as the area bounded by River Road on the west, N.D. Highway 1804 on the north, 15th Street NW (extended) on the east, and Burnt Boat Drive on the south. The watershed includes all or portions of Sections 6, 7, 8, 18, and 19 in Township 139N, range 80W, and Sections 1, 12, 13, and 24 in Township 139 N, Range 81 W.

At the informational meeting, the project team will provide an overview of the project area, preliminary objectives of the stormwater master plan, a summary of the existing conditions analysis and an opportunity for all interested persons to comment. Please note that the intent of this meeting is to gather information prior to preparation of the master plan. Interested persons may also submit comments or questions regarding the project prior to the meeting to:
