[ARCHIVED] Bowen Closing for Upcoming Events

Bowen Ave. will be closed Wednesday, February 5 at 3 pm and will reopen on Saturday, February 15 by 10 pm. This closure is to accommodate the Xtreme Bulls, PRCA Rodeo, Agri-International and State Wrestling events occurring at the Bismarck Civic Center.
