Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, July 27, 2010, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the RR-Residential zoning district on Lot A of the NE¼ of Section 2, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
