Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Leichty Homes, Inc. and Verity Homes of Bismarck, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district on Stoneridge Addition. The PUD zoning would allow the construction of a six-building, 27-unit row house development. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, along the south side of East Calgary Avenue, west of Centennial Road (a replat of Lots 2 & 3, Block 2 and Lots 4-6, Block 3, Stonecrest Second Addition).
• Request of Jomani Development, Inc. for approval of a zoning change from the RM15-Residential zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district on Lots 1-3, Block 1, Sonnet Heights Subdivision. The PUD zoning would allow the construction of a 45-unit, three-story apartment building with garages and underground parking. The property is located in north Bismarck, along the north side of Niagara Drive, south of 57th Avenue NE, approximately 1/2 mile west of US Highway 83.
