Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, Fifth Street will be closed to through traffic between Front and Bowen Avenues for placement of a stairwell on the Civic Center. The closure will last through the noon hour. A detour will be in place.

Access to the Dakota Eye Institute will be provided.

Southbound traffic on Fifth Street will be rerouted west on Front Avenue to Third Street, then south on Third Street to Bowen Avenue, and then east on Bowen Avenue back to Fifth Street.

Northbound traffic on Fifth Street will be rerouted west on Bowen Avenue to Third Street, then north on Third Street to Front Avenue, and then east on Front Avenue back to Fifth Street.
