[ARCHIVED] Bismarck Police Seek Publics Help in Locating Stolen Vehicle

Bismarck Police are investigating the theft of a vehicle taken from the home where an aggravated assault occurred on Wednesday. The stolen vehicle is a 2005 silver Honda Accord two door, with ND license JMC 190. The vehicle was being used by one of the victims and was stolen from her driveway, in the mobile home park at 1119 University Drive, sometime after she was taken to the hospital by ambulance on Wednesday for injuries she sustained in the assault.

The suspect in the aggravated assault is Richard Lee Gourneau, Sr., 57 years old, Native American, 5’8, 170 pounds, brown eyes and black hair. He has not been located and it is unknown at this time if he took this vehicle. Anyone with information on his location or with information on the location of this stolen vehicle is asked to call the Bismarck Police Department at 223-1212 or your local law enforcement agency.
