The City of Bismarck is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop the following two plans needed for the City’s participation in HUD’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program:

• 5 year Consolidated Plan (2014-2019)
• Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing
