Tuesday, September 21st from 4:00-6:00pm Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health will be collecting unsafe car seats. You get a $5 gift card from a local business for recycling your unsafe carseat. Unsafe carseats include carseats that are older that 6 years, in poor condition, recalled, have been in a crash, missing labels or parts or have an unknown history.
