[ARCHIVED] Arrest Warrants Issued for Best Buy, Target Thefts

The Bismarck Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two individuals in connection with shoplifting incidents at Best Buy and Target.
Arrest warrants for conspiracy to commit felony theft have been issued for Siearre J’ashea Smith, 24 year old African American female, 5’5”, 130 pounds brown eyes, black hair: and Devonta Derrick Nelson, 21 year old African American male, 5’8”, 160 pounds, brown eyes, black hair.
They have driven a lighter colored green or blue Dodge Caravan in the past with Minnesota license plate 800 NMA.
The arrest warrants are for two felony thefts. One occurred at Best Buy on December 12th, where 18 pairs of Beats by Dre headphones for a total of $3,750.00 were stolen. The other incident occurred at Target on December 16th. In this case a Sony Playstation 4, Xbox and two vacuum cleaners, total value of $1,799, were reportedly stolen.
