The driver of a pickup truck had lost control on slippery roads which sent the truck through a fence and into the corner of a residential home. The Driver and passenger in the truck were able to get out and did not require medical treatment. The resident was home and stated she was in close proximity inside the home to where the vehicle had crashed but did not sustain any injuries. The home had an estimated $50,000 in damage, the truck was removed and towed away.

The Fire Department had 3 units respond with 8 personnel to the accident scene. Fire personnel put in structural supports and closed up the opening to keep out the elements until a contractor could get on scene.
