Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Arnold and Luella Gomke for approval of a minor subdivision final plat for Imperial Valley Subdivision First Replat, an 11 lot subdivision on 4.78 acres. The property is located southeast of Bismarck, south of East Burleigh Avenue between South 12th Street and Empire Drive (A replat of Lots 1-3, Block 1, Imperial Valley Subdivision).
• Request of Terry and Anna Wald for approval of a final plat for Apple Creek Road Subdivision, a three lot subdivision on 14.41 acres. The property is located east of Bismarck, along the east side of 52nd Street NE and the north side of Apple Creek Road (Auditor’s Lot 8A of the SE1/4 of Section 1, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township and part of the SW1/4 of Section 6, T138N-R79W/Apple Creek Township).
• Request of Terry and Anna Wald for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agriculture zoning district to the RR-Residential zoning district for Apple Creek Road Subdivision. The property is located east of Bismarck, along the east side of 52nd Street NE and the north side of Apple Creek Road (Auditor’s Lot 8A of the SE1/4 of Section 1, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township and part of the SW1/4 of Section 6, T138N-R79W/Apple Creek Township).
• Request of Southport Development, LLC for approval of a major PUD amendment for Southport Phase II to increase the number of dwelling units allowed in the residential portion of the PUD from 132 units to 133 units. The property is located in southwest Bismarck, along the west side of Riverwood Drive and south of West Bismarck Expressway.
• Request of State Street Partners, LLP for approval of a major PUD amendment for Lot 1, Block 1, Capitol View Addition to allow the development of a 5-story office building. The property is located in central Bismarck, along the east side of State Street, at the intersection with and south of East Divide Avenue.
• Request of State Street Partners, LLP for approval of a special use permit for a drive-through in conjunction with a financial institution to be located in Lot 1, Block 1, Capitol View Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, along the east side of State Street, at the intersection with and south of East Divide Avenue.
• Request of Roger Rostvet for approval of a special use permit to increase the total amount of accessory buildings located on Lot 7, Block 2, Rolling Meadows Subdivision to 3,120 square feet. The property is located northeast of Bismarck, south of 57th Avenue NE and east of 52nd Street NE along the north side of Grassy Lane (4740 Grassy Lane).
• Request of the City of Bismarck for approval of a zoning ordinance text amendment relating to Accessory Buildings. The proposed amendment would modify the requirements for accessory buildings.
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
