Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Renaissance Zone Authority will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. in the David J. Blackstead Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issues:
• Request of Juniper, LLC for assistance from the CORE Technical Assistance Bank Grant Program for the building at 124 North 4th Street/315 East Broadway Avenue. The property is owned by Nodmor, LLC and is legally described as Lots 1-2, Block 50, Original Plat.
• Request of Electronic Building Company for assistance from the CORE Façade Incentive Grant Program for the building at 212 West Main Avenue. The property is owned by Charles B. Hale et al and is legally described as Lots 12-16, Block 30, Original Plat.
• Request of Eric Wilson and Jared Dralle for assistance from the CORE Technical Assistance Bank Grant Program for the building at 114 North 3rd Street. The property is owned by 114 on Third, LLC and is legally described as Lots 4-6, Block 52, Original Plat.
• Request of Terra Nomad Company for designation of the lease of space in the building at 514 East Main Avenue as a Renaissance Zone project. The property is owned by Gulch Holdings II, LLC and is legally described as Lots 11-12, Block 46, Original Plat.
At these hearings, the Renaissance Zone Authority will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to comment on each project.
