PUBLIC NOTICE OF ZONING CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, August 24, 2010, approved an ordinance rezoning from the R5-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-8, Block 1, Country West XXX.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
