PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Brent & Patricia Levinson for approval of the detachment of Lot 3, Block 1, Whispering Bay from the corporate limits. The property is located along the west side of Langer Lane between Mills Avenue and Larson Road.
At this public hearing, the Board of City Commissioners will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to this item. Interested persons may also submit written comments regarding this request prior to the meeting to the Community Development Department - Planning Division, PO Box 5503, Bismarck, North Dakota 58506-5503, fax: 701- 222-6450, or e-mail - cobplan@nd.gov.
