Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 18, 2010, 19th Street will be closed to traffic between 43rd Avenue and the east Walmart access.

A detour will be in place using 43rd Avenue and State Street.

The installation is expected to be completed in one week, weather permitting.
