The public is notified that the City of Bismarck has announced its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise overall goal for the years 2016, 2017, and 2018 at 0.3%. The North Dakota Department of Transportation’s DBE Goal for 2016-2018 is 1.15%.

Furthermore, the public is notified that the City of Bismarck’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal and its rationale will be available for citizen’s to review at the Bismarck Community Development Office, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, from June 12, 2015 to July 27, 2015.

The public is invited to submit written comments to the Metropolitan Planning Organization no later than 5:00 p.m., July 27, 2015, to PO Box 5503, Bismarck, North Dakota, 58506.
