[ARCHIVED] Bismarck Facility Needs Analysis

As part of its ongoing strategic planning efforts, the City retained Crossroads Consulting Services LLC (Crossroads), in conjunction with Convergence Design, to conduct a community facility needs analysis that assesses the current, unmet, and future needs related to meeting, event, and entertainment facilities in Bismarck. This study was meant to provide a holistic approach to assessing the City’s short and long-term needs relative to facilities.

The focus of the study effort was on future needs for the City relative to meeting, event, and entertainment facilities – not private, collegiate, scholastic or recreational facilities. Other public entities such have separate needs outside the scope of this study.

The report was received by the Bismarck City Commission at the June 9th City Commission meeting.

A summary of the results of the analysis is available in enclosed link.
