Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Jack and Bonnie Werner, Joe Werner, Jimmy and Janice Lahman and Gerald Hilzendeger for approval of a zoning change from the R10-Residential and MA-Industrial zoning districts to the R10-Residential, Conditional RT-Residential and MA-Industrial zoning districts on Airport Road 3rd Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, between East Bowen Avenue and Tatley Park Road along the west side of Airport Road.
• Request of Wade French and Brandi Lynch for approval of a zoning change from the P-Public zoning district to the MA-Industrial zoning district for Tract 207 of the NW1/4 of Section 2, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township. The property is located in east Bismarck, south of East Main Avenue along the east side of South 26th Street.
• Request of Kilber Investments, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the Conditional RT-Residential zoning district for Lot 1A of Lot 1, Block 1, Kilber North Addition. The property is located in northwest Bismarck, along the west side of Boulder Ridge Road.
• Request of the City of Bismarck for approval of a zoning change from the CG-Commercial zoning district to the DC-Downtown Core zoning district for Tract 304 of Block 9; Tracts 420 & 422 of Block 11; Tract 500 of Block 13; All of Blocks 41, 43, 45, 47, 67, 69, 71 and Lots 1-12, Block 65, Original Plat and Lots 1 & 2, Block 4 and Block 5, Wachter’s Addition. The property is located In central Bismarck, south of Main Avenue between South 3rd Street and South 7th Streets.
