Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, the intersection of Broadway Avenue and 17th Street will be REOPENED to traffic. The intersection of Rosser Avenue and 17th Street will be CLOSED to through traffic to make a water main connection in Rosser Avenue.

The intersection closure will be in place until the end of the day on Friday, July 31, 2015, weather permitting.

Access to residences will be maintained.

A detour will be in place.

Eastbound traffic will be detoured at 16th Street to Broadway Avenue to 18th Street to Rosser Avenue.

Westbound traffic will be detoured at 18th Street to Broadway Avenue to 16th Street.

Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
