This year applications will be available at Garage Door 2 on the west side of the Bismarck Police Department, 700 S 9th Street. Applicants will be allowed to line up starting at 7:30 a.m. We ask you to park either in the south lot or along 8th Street and refrain from parking in the west lot.
Applicants must be present and provide the following:

1) A valid photo ID (student ID)
2) General hunting license and archery stamp
• These can be obtained through the North Dakota Game and Fish Department
3) Cash only fee of $5.00
