Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 17, 2015, the City of Bismarck Public Works Department will begin conducting a mobile operation for traffic signal maintenance on State Street, from Divide Avenue to Calgary Avenue. Work will start at Divide Avenue and continue north to Calgary Avenue. Once the northbound traffic signal maintenance is complete, maintenance work will begin on the southbound traffic signals from Calgary Avenue to Divide Avenue.

This maintenance operation may require the closure of one or two lanes of traffic at times and will vary throughout the project.

The roadway will remain open to traffic. Drivers are asked to use extreme caution near the work area during this time.

The maintenance work will take place Monday through Thursday, and is expected to be completed by the end of August.

Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
