[ARCHIVED] 7th Street and Broadway Avenue Intersection Temporarily Closed Until Further Notice

Bismarck Police have temporarily closed the intersection of 7th Street and Broadway Avenue. Motorists are asked to use alternate routes until the intersection is re-opened.

At 12:39 P.M. Bismarck Police stopped a vehicle on the 100 block of North 7th Street. The officer noticed what appeared to be possible hazardous material inside the vehicle. The 100 block of North 7th is closed as a precaution until the vehicle can be thoroughly searched.

When the intersection is re-opened, the news media will be informed.
