The suspect in the Bismarck homicide that happened earlier this morning has been found dead in Dunn County.
The body of Kirk Kwasniewski, 35, was located near the entrance to the Little Missouri State Park in Dunn County. He was found by a deputy of the Dunn County Sheriff Department. He was located after he placed a 911 hang-up call in Dunn County and law enforcement was able to locate him through his cell phone. He appears to have died by suicide. That investigation is being handled through the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office.
Bismarck Police have released the name of the victim in this morning’s homicide. He is Caine Fischer, 30, Bismarck. An autopsy is planned for tomorrow. The case is currently under investigation.
