Join balloon twisting artist Matt Wall as he teaches how to twist balloons to make all sorts of fun creations. This event for TEENS ages 11-18 will be held on Monday, November 23 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Children's Library Story Room. There is no registration required - come and have fun!
