[ARCHIVED] Bismarck Expressway Multiple Lane Restrictions

Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 15, 2010:

Eastbound traffic lanes on Bismarck Expressway will be restricted to one through lane between 3rd Street and 7th Street.

Westbound traffic lanes on Bismarck Expressway will be restricted to one through lane at the intersection of 9th Street and Bismarck Expressway; right and left turn lanes will function as normal.

Eastbound traffic lanes on Bismarck Expressway will restricted to one through lane traffic from east of 12th Street through 18th Street.

Traffic speeds are reduced to 25 mph in the restricted areas.

The City of Bismarck will be conducting an evaluation of the condition of the water transmission pipeline beneath Bismarck Expressway from Washington Street to Burlington Avenue. The evaluation will begin November 15 and conclude November 17.

Drivers are asked to reduce speeds through the restricted areas.

Traffic should be advised of congestion during peak traffic periods.
