Starting at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 9, 2016, the eastbound lane of Boulevard Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 4th Street and 5th Street for water and sewer connections for the new Governor’s mansion.

Westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane westbound, and eastbound traffic will be redirected around the excavation area in the south lane.

The closure will be in place until later in the day on Friday.

Congestion can be anticipated in this area. Traffic should plan ahead and use alternate routes.
