[ARCHIVED] City of Bismarck Snow Removal Operations

City of Bismarck Street Department crews will plow:
• Snow emergency routes & major arterial streets until 8:30 p.m. tonight (Friday, December 3rd.)• Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 4th, crews will continue to plow snow emergency routes, major arterial streets, and streets around the schools.

Downtown Snow Removal - Cars parked on these streets during that time will be towed:

• Beginning at 12:30 a.m., Monday, December 6th - The City of Bismarck Street Department will be removing snow from the downtown North – South streets in the signed areas: “Street Cleaning/No Parking Mon-Wed-Fri”

• Beginning at 12:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 7th - The City of Bismarck Street Department will be removing snow from the downtown East – West streets in the signed areas: “Street Cleaning/No Parking Tue-Thu-Sat”

Please move vehicles off of the street so it can be cleared of snow. Keep them off the street until the plows have cleaned your street.

A reminder to all citizens, businesses, and contractors. Please move vehicles off streets to aid in snow removal operation. According to City Ordinance a person may not move, dump or deposit by any means any snow or ice accumulated on private property onto any public street, alley, or public right-of-way. The fine for this violation is up to $1,000.
