Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
- Request of K&M Northland Properties and Jerry Hauff and Denise Hauff for approval of a final plat and a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the RR-Residential zoning district for Eden’s Subdivision, a 7-lot subdivision on 19.59 acres. The property is located north of Bismarck, near the intersection of 41st Street NE and 84th Avenue NE, along the south side of 84th Avenue NE, east side of Arcata Drive and west side of 41st Street NE (Part of the NE1/4 of Section 2, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
- Request of Neuberger Holdings, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the CG-Commercial zoning district to the MA-Industrial zoning district for Lots 7-12, Block 37, Governor Pierce Addition. The property is located in central Bismarck, in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of East Thayer Avenue and North 24th Street.
- Request of Chris Krein and CK Auto, Inc. for approval of an amendment to a previously approved special use permit for a motor vehicle parts salvage yard to be located on Lot A of Lot 1, Lot B of Lot 1 and Lot 2 less the Easterly 920 feet and less the North 40 feet of the West 405 feet taken for street right-of-way, Block 1, Miriam Industrial Park 2nd Addition. The property is located in east Bismarck, along East Divide Avenue west of Bismarck Expressway. The request includes three parcels located in east Bismarck on either side of East Divide Avenue: north of East Divide Avenue at the intersection with and west of Channel Drive (3405 East Divide Avenue); south of East Divide Avenue at the intersection with and east of a southerly extension of Channel Drive; and south of East Divide Avenue at the intersection with and west of a southerly extension of Channel Drive. The amendment as proposed would extend the deadline for removal of existing encroachments located within the floodway, drainage way and right-of-way.
