Gov. Doug Burgum has ordered that the United States and North Dakota flags be returned to full-staff.  The Governor’s directive is in accordance with a proclamation issued by President Barack Obama. Flags were being flown at half-staff to honor the memory of astronaut and public servant John Glenn.
