Effective immediately, Washington Street north of Bismarck Expressway to Arbor Avenue will be restricted to one lane in each direction for north and south traffic movements for a sanitary sewer repair.  Ivy Avenue will be restricted to right in and right out movements.  Access to adjacent businesses in the area will be maintained.

The lane restriction will be in place until later next week.

Congestion can be anticipated in this area.  Traffic should plan ahead and use alternate routes.
