[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Suspect

On January 18th at 10:55 A.M., Bismarck Police Officers were assisting Parole and Probation on the 3200 block of Montreal Street.  As one male was fleeing in his vehicle, he attempted to run over a Bismarck Police Officer.  The officer fired at the suspect vehicle.  Police are currently at the scene and actively searching for the suspect.

The suspect is Ulises Villalobos, 22 years old, Hispanic male, 5’9”, 170 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes last seen wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans.

The vehicle he fled in is a 2013 black Chevrolet Equinox, with North Dakota license plates 166 ANF.  The vehicle has a broken driver side window and has damage to one side in the rear.

If you see this vehicle or Villalobos, contact law enforcement immediately.  Do not attempt to engage.
