Bismarck Police ask everyone to be careful this morning and use caution when driving into work. Heavy rain has caused some roads in town to be covered in standing water that can make travel dangerous. Please use caution and allow yourself more time to get where your going this morning.

The underpasses at 7th and 9th Street are temporarily closed due to standing water. Please find alternate routes and allow yourself more time to reach your destination.
