Starting Monday August 13, 3rd Street traffic lanes will be reduced for water main reconstruction from Rosser Avenue to Avenue C.

No detour will be in place.

No on-street parking will be allowed on 3rd Street between Rosser Avenue and Avenue C during construction.

Access to all local businesses, the post office, and residential homes will be maintained.

Pedestrian facilities will remain open during construction.

The lane reduction will be in place for approximately four weeks, weather permitting.

Congestion can be expected during peak hour traffic. Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
