Effective immediately, State Street will be reduced to one lane southbound, between Weiss Avenue and the I-94 Ramp, to repair multiple damaged traffic signal heads above the roadway.

The closure will include the right lane and the center lane for southbound traffic.

The closure will be in place until the end of the day Thursday, November 1, 2018.

Access to all businesses and side streets will be maintained.

Drivers are asked to reduce speed and use extreme caution near the work area.  During peak traffic periods, drivers can expect major congestion in the work area.

Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
