Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Evangel Assembly of God for approval of a zoning change from the RT-Residential and CG-Commercial zoning districts to the RT-Residential zoning district on part of Lot 5, Block 1, Wachter’s North Addition and Lot 5, Block 1, Pebble Creek Sixth Addition. The property is located in north-central Bismarck, east of State Street/US Highway 83 between North 14th Street and North 19th Street.
• Request of Mary Jo and Scott Irmen for approval of a special use permit to increase the total square footage of accessory buildings on their property to 3,177 square feet by constructing a 2,601 square foot addition onto the existing accessory building on Lot 3, Block 6, Shamrock Acres Third Addition. The property is located north of Bismarck, east of US Highway 83, along the north side of Dublin Drive, between Kelly Drive and 26th Street NE (2788 Dublin Drive).
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
