Absentee voter ballots are available to qualified electors of the City of Bismarck from the Burleigh County Auditor, P.O. Box 5518, 221 N. 5th Street, Bismarck, N.D. 58506-5518. Phone 701-222-6718. An application for an Absent Voter Ballot must be on file with the Burleigh County Auditor before an absent voter ballot can be delivered.
Absentee ballots can also be obtained in person at the auditor’s office during normal business hours.
Voting hours on Election Day, April 19, are from 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M.

Citizens are reminded that ND State Law requires all voters to provide identification showing your residential address. You must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old on the day of an election,
a legal North Dakota resident, and a resident in the precinct for 30 days preceding the election.
